How long have you been around?

Be Theatre was launched in the summer of 2011.  We began producing black box theatre in our studio in the summer of 2013 with Motherhood Outloud.  In 2014, we started selling full season memberships.  We have produced several shows outside of our theatre such as Literature Alive at the Tom Green County Library, Grease at Angelo Civic Theatre, The 39 Steps at CHS and many more.  

How can I donate to Be Theatre? And is it tax deductible?

All donations are tax deductible as we are a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization.  You can donate by going to the main menu, clicking "Give" and donating through PayPal.  You may also mail a tax deductilbe contribution to:

Box Office
What are your box office hours on performance days?

On performance days, the box office is open one hour before showtime. Please note that the box office will be located at the site of the performance.

What are your box office hours?

Beginning this summer, we will have our box office open 1 day per week for those that wish to purchase their tickets in person. We are a small theatre mostly run by volunteers, so we do not have normal business hours.  However, we are happy to meet with you or help you over the phone any time.   We will have our hours of operation up very soon!  

How are your tickets broken down for Student/Military/Senior?

Students: Enrolled in college or under
Military: Active or retired, and their entire immediate family
Senior: 60 and over

Do you have Handicap seating available?

Yes, we have handicap seating available on Row A, Seat 1 or Row B, Seat 1.  We can also accomodate handicap seating during when we are using table seating at table A, K or G.  Please email us at for more information about seating, or to make a reservation.  

Is your studio handicap accessible?

Yes, we are fully handicap accessible in seating, bathroom facility and througout the studio.  Rows A and B are handicap accessible, as well as outside tables during table seating.  Please note, we have barstool seating in "Row C" and  "Row Bar" that is not accessible in a wheelchair. 

What is your tuition refund policy?

The refund policy for a production workshop/class is:

Before classes begin: 100%
First Class: 75%
Second: 50%
Third: 25%
After the third class, no refund is available.


If I do need a refund, how will I receive it?

If you paid by cash or check, it will be refunded by check. If you paid online or in person with a credit card, we can refund it to your credit card.

What are your box office/ticket policies?

TICKET POLICY: All tickets for this production are fully refundable up until 24 hours before the event.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON THE DAY OF THE PERFORMANCE. Tickets are transferable between customers at any time. Please contact Be Theatre Company if you have any questions.

TICKET RELEASE: We will hold unpaid tickets for 24 hours after the reservation.  If payment is not made within 24 hours, tickets will be released.  Paid tickets in Will Call will be released at curtain. 

EXCHANGES: Exchanges can be made as often as need for each customer.  However, once a ticket has been exchanged, refunds are not available.  Exchanged tickets are not able to be refunded!  Our best advice, should you make an exchange and then desier a refund, is to find a friend who would like to come in your place and squarle up payments with them. 

PURCHASE TIMES: may be purchased online utnil 1 hour prior to event. 

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS:  You may reserve your seats 7 days prior to the event going on sale to the public.  Each season member has a unique coupon code to use at checkout.  Or, you are welcome to call our box office at 325-716-4125 for your ticket reservation. You may also purchase additional tickets when your reserve your season member seats. 

What are your ticket prices?

Tickets prices are subject to change, but our average ticket cost is:

$20 general seating
$18 Senior
$18 Military
$18 Student

10% off for groups of 10 or more but must be purchased in one transaction. 
No sales tax or service fees at anytime (in person, on phone or online)

Do you have group prices?

Yes, we do have group prices. Groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount on tickets.  A member of our staff can give you a discount code to use at check out.  Tickets must be purchased at one time for this coupon to be valid.   Please call us for more information at 325-716-4125.

When are tickets available for productions?

Tickets generally go on sale to the public 3 weeks before the production opens.  Season Members may purchase 7 days prior to the public. 

What are the different ways you can purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets at the Be Theatre Studio, over the phone, and *online.

*Note that online sales no longer include service fees! All tickets are the same price whether purchased online, over the phone or in person.
