Be Theatre has a few policies we'd like you to keep in mind when purchasing tickets to events.
WHO GETS WHAT?
Students: Must be enrolled in college level or under (homeschool, public or private)
Military: Active or retired, plus everyone in immediate family
Senior: 60 and over
REFUNDS: All tickets are fully refundable up until 24 hours before the event. This means no refunds are given on the day of the event. We are happy to exchange for another performance. Tickets are transferable between customers at any time. Please contact Be Theatre if you have any questions. If you are unable to attend the day of the event, we suggest finding a friend who would like to use your tickets.
TICKET HOLDS & RELEASE: We DO NOT generally reserve and hold tickets that have not been purchased at time of reservations. However, sometimes under extreme circumstances to be determined by the Artistic or Managing Director, we may hold seats for patrons. Non-paid tickets will be released after being held for 24 hours from the reservations. Paid tickets in "will call" that have not been claimed will be released 3 minutes prior to curtain.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges can be made as often as needed for each customer. However, once a ticket has been exchanged, refunds are not available. Again, exchanged tickets are not able to be refunded! Our best advice, should you make an exchange and then desire a refund, is to find a friend who would like to come in your place and square up payments with them.
PURCHASE TIMES: Tickets may be purchased online until 1 hour prior to event.
SEASON TICKET HOLDERS: You may reserve your seats 1 week prior to the event going on sale to the public. A box office team member will call or email each season ticket member for ticket reservation. Also, you may email or call us at the office and we are happy to take reservations. You may also purchase additional tickets at this time.
BOX OFFICE SALES IN PERSON: Office hours are offered during productions on Tuesdays from 4:30-6pm. Our theatre is so small we find it cost effective to not employ full time box office staff. However, during ticket sales, we check our messages daily and return calls to help patrons with tickets. As we get closer to performances, the box office staff will be at the theatre more and you will be able to make arrangments to come into the studio to purchase.
