SPECIAL EVENT

LITERATURE ALIVE 2018- A Storytelling Experience
WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE*
By Maurice Sendak

April 19-21

A Read Aloud Experience for the Literature Alive Project

We are so excited to announce that this season, we bring an imaginative story telling experience to life! As our narrator reads the book aloud, the children become a part of the action using music, movement, art, props and even their own voices.   Join us for this free community event as we partner with Tom Green County Library for our 6th annual weekend where literature comes alive and each child leaves with a free book in hand to inspire their own wildly imaginative journey! Together with TGCL, we've given away over 4500 books in the past 5 years!
